In many spiritual communities, the spiritual ego is running rampant.  Once you have gone through the phase yourself, it is easy to see who is caught up in the spiritual ego phase and who is not.

Societal and political truths that are coming out, like the ones revealed in the video in that article, often get blowback from people who are caught up in the spiritual ego phase.   

For example, they may say that looking deeper into these things hurts their “vibration” as those ideas are not in alignment with their “higher vibration.”  This is the spiritual ego talking.

When people say things like this, generally, what they are doing is walking away from looking at deeper truths that need to be seen for them, and the rest of the world, to wake up more fully.  They are using “false light” to cover over something that needs to be looked at with more scrutiny so a deeper awakening can occur.

False light = Darkness

By throwing false light over something that needs to be looked at more deeply for more true light to naturally surface, they are causing more harm to be done. 

It is like throwing a pretty rug over a heap of garbage while pretending the garbage beneath does not exist. 

It is a lie. This has nothing to do with Truth or Awakening into it.

The spiritual ego is very tricky in this way.  It is an expert when it comes to self-deception.

When you are afraid to look deeper at something that is coming up in your face to be seen, this can translate further into mass deception and hurt others.  I see this all the time.  Many use all sorts of ego tricks to maintain this false light.  It often has to do with the idea of levels, that I describe in that spiritual ego article.

Those caught up in the spiritual ego are not contributing to the mass awakening that is occurring today.  Instead, they are often blocking it from occurring.  It is one of the most pressing problems I see in so many spiritual communities that claim they are helping people awaken.  They are doing the exact opposite.

You cannot expect to wake up entirely if you do not look at the source of your motivations and fears.

And if we are not willing to look at the depths of the garbage that is out there and how dark forces deceive us and how we have allowed them to deceive us, they continue to have the ability to deceive everyone and be very successful at it.

Pretending something does not exist does not make it not exist. 

Hoping something will just go away is not dealing with something that may need to be dealt with.
